The most common reason healthy people feel drained and stressed and/or unable to get good sleep at night is energy mismanagement. They are not supporting specific times of the day and specific actions with the right match of energy.

Protect Your Energy Around Negative People
Scientists confirmed that people are capable of absorbing energy from others. You have to protect your energy around negative people. Whenever you are with someone, notice how you feel. Notice if you feel guarded, anxious, and disturbed. That’s a sign that maybe you shouldn’t spend much time with them.
Protect Your Energy from Energy Vampires
If you know someone who always wants to start the conversation in arguing with you and having a negative talk with you that is an energy vampire. If you let people argue with you they use it to feed up their energy and drain you.
When someone puts their entire problem “issue and trouble on you”and then leaves, you are in presence of energy vampires. That is how they steal your good energy.
Learn to Trust Your Spirit
When you don’t just rely on what your eyes see, your ears hear, or what you want to process in your mind, when you start to listen from within, you start to gain a better understanding of the people and events that occur in life.
Sometimes you don’t know why something happens. You might not be able to make sense of it. However, if you listen and tune in, your gut, and your spirit, will reveal the truth to you.
Trust your intuition. You don’t need to explain or justify your feeling to anyone, just trust your own inner guidance, it knows best.
Remember, when someone wastes your time, he wastes your energy also. Be picky with whom you spend it. Spend time with people who are good for your mental health. Spend time with people on the same vibration/energy frequency level.

You have to consciously choose words that will help inspire and motivate yourself, and pay attention to your thoughts so you can begin to eliminate the ones that are creating the experience that you do not want in your life. Take Care of Yourself!

It’s so important right now to keep yourself in high vibration and high-energy frequency. Yes, you might be out of work, you may be running out of money, but you will get through it. Choose to take your power back.

Be very mindful of your vices and the low vibrational actions that will take you down: drinking, smoking, taking drugs, watching porn, watching the news, complaining, gossiping, judging, arguing…
Be aware of the choices you’re making or where you’re putting your time and your energy: Who you’re speaking to, and who you’re spending time with. Where your thoughts are going…
Don’t let yourself go through depression, sadness, worry, negative self-talk, or negative thoughts…don’t let the dark energy, the fear control you. By keeping your vibration high, and by choosing to take your power back, you will find inner peace and increase your well-being.
