Let's Rewrite your Story Together

Updated: Dec 3, 2022

When God gives you a gift, you have to share it with the World.

What’s your point of view toward life?

Life is all about finding yourself, loving yourself, and being your True Self…We were created to fulfill God’s will and accomplish a specific mission on Earth at this particular time in history… It is our duty to manifest our gift and serve the world. By not doing it we are causing the world a disservice. We cannot accept just fitting into a broken world. We have been created to express our Higher self and make a difference in our generation…Create a better world.

Tell us more about yourself

I was born in the early 90s. I’m Franco-Cameroonian. I grew up between France & Cameroon. I traveled abroad in my 20s, spent some time in Toronto, Canada before I moved down to Atlanta, USA where I am based in. I speak fluent French, English, and some Spanish. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Communication.

I have worked every day for what I call my mission on earth, my calling to promote positive impact and social change. I started my coaching business in 2019 and founded Unlearn Relearn in 2021. My intention from the very start has not only been to create a platform where I get to share a huge part of my heart as an Activist, Youth Advocate, Life Coach, and Inspirational Writer. But I also wanted to provide a platform where people can come to feel empowered and most importantly be a voice for the voiceless and marginalized.

I am unapologetically passionate. I put my whole self into what I believe in. I fight for what’s right. I don’t expect people to understand what I am up to. Eventually, they will see!

What’s your passion, motivation, and drive behind your call of purpose?

This quote from Dr. Muata Ashby define it well:

"Those who act for the benefit of others, those who work for the benefit of humanity, are to be considered as advanced souls. Their legacy is the light of knowledge, peace, harmony, virtue and love which inspire others to achieve great heights in life. Universal love is the promotion of universal peace and justice for all.

It implies sharing one's skills and expertise for the purpose of lifting others up so that they may experience the elevated levels of human existence and spiritual glory.

Universal love is a most advanced development in human evolution and at its height it leads to universal consciousness and spiritual enlightenment, in effect, communing with the universal source of love, the Supreme Self (God)"

What is your favorite Book?

The Principles and Power of Vision, Dr. Myles Munroe.

This is the greatest book that I have ever read. This book helped me to align myself with my personal vision. It helped me to find my strength and confirm the vision that God has given to me. I understood that the vision God has put in our hearts is “a piece of eternity” that he gave us to deliver on the earth during our lifetime. I understood that we were born to achieve something significant, and no matter how big the world is, there’s a place for us in it. But for that, we have to manifest our gift….Here is my article, You were Born to Achieve something Significant. Destined to Make a Difference in your Generation inspired by The 12 Principles of vision, Dr. Myles Munroe.

What book had the greatest impact on your life?

I wish I could give you only one… Here are my top 5:

1. Nations Negres et Culture by Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop

It’s hard to describe how poignant and life-changing this book has been in terms of my research activities and knowledge seeking. This book has taken me to a whole new level of knowledge and wisdom. This book just speaks the truth and Western world will never acknowledge it because they hate knowing that they owe civilization to Africa…Why would they? They study our history, stole it and tell it through their historical lenses. There is nothing accidental about this. They certainly understand in practice that by controlling the narrative, controlling people’s minds, they can control their actions.

By telling us that we contributed nothing of substance to history is not foolish on their part, but strategic. However, it is foolish on our part for not doing our work, studying profoundly to facilitate the process of self-knowledge.

So, if you want to understand where you came from, you should have the knowledge contained in this book. This should be on the school curriculum. Every one who knows the value of history needs to read this, black, brown, yellow and white.

2. The Isis Papers, The Keys to the Colors by Dr. Frances Cress Welsing.

The Isis Papers is the most eye opening and mind stimulating book I have ever read. This is a very informative book that uses psychoanalysis to explain behavior, cultural consciousness, and the affects the subconscious and unconscious of the white supremacist power structure, and how and why racism functions. Her profound research has truly helped me to understand the reality of our world. I highly recommend this book to every Black and other non-white peoples.

Every Melanated person needs to have this information at their disposal. This book is a great gift for the world interested in moving forward! Here one of my article inspired by The Isis Papers, Black People’s Hidden Genocide of The 21st Century !

3. Yurugu, An African-Centered Critique of European Cultural Thought and Behavior by Dr. Marimba Ani

This book is everything! This author has done for anthropology what Dr. Frances Cress Welsing did for psychology: lay bare the unacknowledged yet brilliant analysis of the impact of the European will to power as a bludgeon against the majority peoples of the world. I also highly recommend this book to everyone and anyone who is interested in seeing a full and well-reasoned critique of Western Thought.

4. Kemetic Diet: Ancient African wisdom for health of Mind, Body and Spirit by Dr. Muata Ashby

This book is therapy. The most thorough book on food, health and spirituality I have ever read. This book help you to understand that you can be healed! You can heal yourself. You have to understand that most organs of the body have an incredible capacity to regenerate themselves if given the proper conditions and environment.

All the information you need to know to be healthy in body, mind and spirit already exists, and has for thousands of years. Thus, the question arises, if this is true: Why is the world becoming more and more disease ridden? It is because this information is generally ignored by mainstream health organizations, the medical and scientific communities, the news media, and consequently, the public.

The mind-body connection is the basis of mystical philosophy, and is documented in the Ancient Egyptian Mysteries System from as far back as 10,000 BCE or earlier. This knowledge has been available through all the ages, to those who have sought the path of true health, of body, mind and spirit. Here one of my article inspired by Kemetic Diet: Health is a Lifestyle, not a medicine.

5. MAAT — The Guiding Principles of Moral Living by Ife Kilimanjaro, Ph.D. Tdka Kilimanjaro, Ph.D. Yahra Aaneb, Sba, T’Gamba Heru, Elder.

The guiding principles that appear in this book offer guidance to those seeking to live with greater purpose in life. A compendium of ancient and modern enlightenment wisdom for personal cultivation, inner mediation, and self-correction. It offers guiding principles for living with purpose and dignity.

Every person that’s walking towards towards enlightenment, should read this book. A great masterpiece which touches deeply on the Principles of Moral living. Here one of my article inspired by MAAT — The Guiding Principles of Moral Living: From Kings to Slaves and Statistics

Can you tell us more about your new project “Unlearn Relearn”?

I founded Unlearn & Relearn, because I wanted to create a platform where African youth can come to feel empowered. Unlearn Relearn Project is designed to reprogram the minds of the youths who have lost their self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence due to years of oppression, miseducation, colonialism, poverty, and trauma. It’s a platform that will offer various training programs such as Black Empowerment, Personal Development, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy programs to encourage and support African youth to believe in themselves, maximize their full potential, and equip them with the skills and technical know-how required to become a successful entrepreneur and true leaders “changemakers” who can make a difference in this generation and transform the continent.

But most importantly, improve their knowledge of self, increase their well-being, and address the crisis of “culture of self”: self-esteem, self-love, and self-development that affect the way they perceive themselves.

I’ve planned to go back to Africa in the next couple of years in order to develop my program across the continent. It’s a new challenge for me…Africa has lots of potential for growth but the impact of oppression has been devastating for African youth. Many have no sense of purpose, hope, vision, or future, and they struggle daily to make life work.

My hope is to be able to encourage self-education and inspire African youth to become proactive leaders. We need the emergence of leadership that can see beyond their personal pockets and capture a God-inspired vision. We need a new breed of young leaders who can make a difference in this generation and transform the world.

It’s time to break the cycle of miseducation…It’s time to unlearn everything we’ve been taught and relearn: Know your Story. Know the Truth. Know ThySelf!

What words of advice would you give your younger self?

I would say” Don’t be afraid to express your true self, you will save precious time.”

You know, we are all conditioned since our childhood to behave in a certain way that I would call the “automatic mode.” This conditioning is driving our daily behavior and our belief system to think and act like it’s common to play a role to be part of the system. We’ve been told there is a correct path in life to take. We’ve been led to believe we should stay conform at the norm and follow rules to suit the interests of our Society….

….And I just don’t want anymore. I just want to be my authentic self, and live in alignment with who I came to become.

What’s your superpower?

Intuition is my superpower. I am a highly Intuitive Empath. It means that I am deeply sensitive and highly attuned to the emotions and energy of others. And this can be a challenge when we have porous boundaries and end up absorbing the pain and stress of others. But once we know how to actually control it, it becomes a gift. We love to help people in order to make those around us happy and therefore be able to feel that happiness ourselves.

What words of wisdom do you live by?

Seek the Truth and Free Yourself…

We have been manipulated by a society that trained and brainwashed us to limit ourselves. They intentionally miseducated and misinformed us to keep the “Big Lie”. It is a necessity to seek the truth and free yourself. Once you will walk into the light of freedom, and accept the truth, you will express your higher self and become the best version of yourself. You will manifest your gift and impact people’s lives…

Remember, the best legacy you can leave is the positive impact you make on other people’s lives.

If you have any questions, I’ll be glad to answer them :)
