As we come to the close of 2025, I want to share a simple but powerful practice with you: an end-of-year reset ritual.

This is one of my favorite end-of-year rituals. It’s easy, meaningful, and helps you mentally and emotionally reset before a new chapter begins.

Before the year ends, try this exercise.

Write two letters.

1. A letter to your Old Self

This is where you let go.

Write down everything you’re ready to release, anything that no longer serves you:

  • people

  • environments

  • trauma

  • old habits

  • outdated beliefs and mindsets

When you’re done, burn the letter 🔥

This act creates a powerful sense of closure. It signals to your mind that this chapter is complete, allowing space for freedom, relief, and renewal.

2. A letter to your Future Self

This one is about where you’re going.

Write down everything you want.

Be clear.

Write it as if it’s already happening.

This helps your mind get on the same team as your goals instead of working against them.

This practice is truly life-changing.

Burning the first letter brings instant release. Writing the second builds confidence, clarity, and empowerment.

It’s a simple way to take your power back and close this chapter with intention.

And if you’re ready to go deeper, my 2025 Year in Review ebook will help you identify exactly what needs to go, the cycles you need to break, and the patterns you’re done repeating. Most importantly, it helps you get clear on who you’re BECOMING, so you can step into 2026 aligned, focused, and unapologetically your True Self.

Release what no longer serves you before stepping into 2026, and trust me, your future self will thank you.

With Love,
