Before Moving Into This New Month!



January is often the moment where your old patterns meet the new version of yourself you’re trying to build.


And if you want different results this year, you can’t rely on the same approach, otherwise, you’ll end up repeating the same cycle.


So as this new month begins, give yourself 1 hour to audit January:

  • Compare your intentions vs. actions

  • Look at what was completed vs. what was postponed

  • Set clear priorities for February

STEP 1: AUDIT

Intentions vs. actions.

  • What did you actually do?

  • What did I avoid or keep delaying?


STEP 2: REFLECT

  • What contributed to the productivity and habits that helped you move closer to your goals?

  • What held you back: habits, routines, or patterns from fully following through on your goals in January?


STEP 3: ADJUST

  • What needs to be adjusted so you can reach your long-term goals for 2026?

  • What habits or routines need to be put in place to help you stay consistent with your goals?


STEP 4: PLAN

  • Plan your February goals into small, simple actions.

  • Schedule them and spread them across the week in your calendar


Remember: Small daily actions will always outperform big goals you keep postponing.

Take the time today to audit January! This will help you stay aligned with your long-term goals for 2026, and clearly see where you’re out of alignment and need a reset.
